Registered Migration Agents

Australia’s Office of the Migration Registration Authority (OMARA) is the governing body of all registered migration agents in Australia. Any agent who provides immigration advice in Australia must be registered with OMARA. To qualify, agents must pass the Migration Law examination and then attend Continuing Professional Development Seminars each year. They are also bound by OMARA’s Code of Conduct.

Registered Education Agent

Education Agents play a significant role in counselling and referring international students to Australian education providers. This is an important component of the quality assurance of Australia’s international education industry. All Education Agents must complete the Education Agent Training Course and have knowledge of the ESOS Standards.

Natale Menniti

Director & Migration Agent

Background – Nat is from a farming family which migrated to North Queensland from Italy in the 1950s. He grew up in Tropical North Queensland and has developed a very strong relationship with the local farming community

Qualifications – Nat studied law and arts at James Cook University, graduating with a BBL and BA, before gaining his Migration Law Certificate at Australian National University, Canberra, in 2009. He became a registered migration agent with OMARA in 2010 and operates under registration number 1066082.

Professional Experience – A registered migration agent with more than 10 years of professional experience, Nat specialising in assisting local business and skilled visa applicants navigate through the complexities of the various employer and regional sponsorship migration schemes.

Joshua Ferreira

Director & Registered Migration Agent

Background – Joshua Ferreira is from Portuguese and New Zealand heritage and his family is also based in Far North Queensland.

Qualifications – Joshua studied business at James Cook University, graduating with a Bachelor in Business and completed a post-graduate course in migration law at Australian National University in 2012. In the same year, he became a registered migration agent with OMARA, operating under registration number 1276739.

Professional Experience – A registered migration agent with more than 8 years of professional experience, Joshua was instrumental in the development of the Far North Queensland Designated Area Migration Agreement (DAMA) and also focuses assisting partner and family visa applicants to obtain permanent residency in Australia.

Carlos

Director

Background – Carlos is from Portuguese and New Zealand heritage and his family is also based in Far North Queensland.

Qualifications – Carlos studied Law and Politics completing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science with James Cook University. Carlos then completed his legal training and practised as a commercial lawyer for 6 years in Queensland Australia. Carlos then went onto study corporate governance and management completing the Lisbon MBA in 2014.

Eline Janssens

Registered Migration Agent

Background – Eline is originally from Belgium and is proud to call Australia her home since 2016.

Qualifications –  Studied a Bachelor’s in Business Management and specialised in Legal Practice. She also holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and Management.  Eline completed her Graduate Diploma with the University of Technology Sydney and became a registered migration agent with OMARA in 2023, operating under registration number 2318159.

Professional Experience – Has over 5 years experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, as well as administration and sales.

Janelle

Background – Janelle is a Cairns local with a Thai background.

Linda Li

Sales Manager – China

Background – Originally from China, Linda has over 7 years of extensive experience in education and tourism.

Qualifications – Linda studied a Bachelor Arts majoring in Japanese, she also holds a graduate diploma of Education Leadership and Management

Professional Experience – Linda was a founder of Pioneer Study Tours Cairns from 2017-2020 and has has been working closely with different Australian organisations like EQI, TTNQ, Study Cairns, K12 schools, Colleges, Universities and local tourism suppliers. She has been helping over a thousand Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Australian students and schools’ study between China and Australia since 2014.

Background – Fiona was born in New South Wales and grew up in metropolitan Victoria. She moved to FNQ in 2005 for a change of lifestyle and has never looked back. When not mastering accounts, Fiona enjoys travel, reading and is a passionate NRL and AFL supporter.

Qualifications – Fiona studied a Bachelor of Comerce

Professional Experience – Over 15 years in accounting positions within the Tourism, Agriculture and Migration sectors.
